§ 50.51. Collection of charges; payment for services rendered

To avoid duplication in billing and as a convenience to the public, the fees for the services herein regulated shall be included on all monthly water bills, and any person who shall fail or refuse to pay the charge for such services rendered by the due date shall be subject to having all city services suspended in accordance with §§ 51.26 and 52.69. It is expressly the duty of the owner, occupant, tenant or lessee using or occupying any building, house or structure receiving such services to make payment therefor. When refuse collection services are suspended for non-payment of charges, the Code Enforcement Officer shall be notified immediately for appropriate action in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
