  Schedule Iii: Sewer Rates And Charges

  • SCHEDULE III: SEWER RATES AND CHARGES.

    (A) Wastewater Rates.

    (1) The monthly wastewater rates to be charged and collected by the city from all customers within the city limits and obtaining city services for water shall hereby be fixed as follows:

    * Outside city-limit customers shall be charged 200% of the inside city-limit customers.

    (2) The maximum residential wastewater rates shall be based on 10,000 gallons of water consumption for each given month.

    (3) The monthly wastewater rates to be charged and collected by the city from all customers who do not have water service and obtaining city services for wastewater shall hereby be fixed as follows:

    (B) Deposits. Deposits may be required, as further explained in ( 52.60(B)(2).

    (C) Wastewater Taps. All service addresses require separate sewer taps. No residence or business may share a common tap. Wastewater tap fees shall hereby be fixed as follows:

    6 inch .....Cost plus 15%

    6+ inch .....Cost plus 15%

    (D) Service Charges. The schedule of service charges applicable to all customers shall be as set forth in Schedule IV of this Fee Appendix.

    (E) Disconnection charges.

    Reconnection (new tap) .....$300.00

    Reconnection to system .....25.00
